Professional Dive O2 Analyzer II sensor and battery replacement |

Step 1: Remove 4 retaining screws |

Step 2: Remove Battery and disconnect lead wire from back of O2 sensor. |

Step 3. Hold Green collection Cap with one hand and with the other unscrew sensor by turning counterclockwise |

Step 4. Screw in new high output (Red) O2 sensor until it seats. Then while holding the O2 sensor with one hand screw on the green collection cap with the other (until it is seated). Do not over tighten. |

Step 5. Install lead wires to the two outside pins located at the back of the Oxygen Sensor |

Step 6. Connect Brick Colored female connector to the black 2 pin male connector |

Step 7. Connect Battery and check polarity. If the value shown is preceded by a - sign then the polarity is reversed. To correct repeat step 5 and reverse the lead wire connections to the sensor pins. |

Step 8. Replace the housing back and secure with the 4 screws. Be careful not to over tighten screws. |
